adding Trader Nelson to other location

Placing Nelson by Lynn when possible, in response to requests from players to have Nelson available in more than one spot.

slightly more detailed description since viewer is unavailable --
except for "base" mat -- which remains 3 to make 1 -- all mats have been changed so that 2 lower level makes 1 of the next level up, and reversed so that 1 higher gives 2 of the lower mat.
Also added the ability to craft highest level mats with mob drops. They are condensed orb, concentrated venom, mystical soul and buddha relics (primarily found in heaven/hell). Each will make a different high level mat at a 5 to 1 ratio.

Last but not least, changed the "crafting time" on all recipes to speed up the process of exchanging mats
