idea for skill books. make bosses for each class that they would have to solo. the boss would drop skill book pages specific to that class. only that class can dmg the boss. ( example for a wizzy, the boss is physical immune/wood and metal immunity).
or make a custom instance where the mobs and bosses drop pages.
it wouldn't be too hard to make a page drop that could be used to craft demon or sage skills
