TM cape, at least on other servers, can be obtained after a few raids on time. That should work here too.

And drop from bosses ( especially from Pyro) is too easy a path.

it would take to be able to assemble say TM 5 badge and T3 mats to craft cape.

We don’t have a Tideborn race, so I think this chain of quests won’t work either. Could also remove that scroll from the game.
