The Dragon Tamer daily quest is available at level 60+ if you have completed your level 49 cultivation.
It rewards XP/SP and 1x (See the redeem quest below)
Dragon Tamer - the starting NPC - can be found in west Archosaur, next to Dragon Quest Director and Craftsman Wu Min.
